Our Staffs Uni houses are located in Shelton just a few minutes walk from the College Road and Leek Road campuses. Our Keele Uni houses can be found in Newcastle-under-Lyme. Keele students also look to Shelton for accommodation due to the large, thriving student community there.

Livingpad is a local private landlord with more than 25 years’ experience providing great student houses in Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme for Staffordshire & Keele Universities. Being local means we can deal with problems quickly and efficiently.

Our high quality 3, 4, 5 & 6 bed properties have the latest media services and modern fixtures and fittings. We are undertaking a plan to upgrade as many of our houses to include en suite bedrooms with 900/1000mm shower units.

We are a member of Stoke-on-Trent City Council and Newcastle Council Landlord Accreditation Scheme.
